THE JOB: Logistics + Warehouse Manager
This new EMP Textiles team member will work directly with Emily (manager) + Erika (founder) but will also share some overlapping warehouse duties with the Urban Grace Interiors team. 

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a go-getting, detail-oriented problem solver who will work quickly and efficiently to oversee warehouse management, order fulfillment, quality control, inventory, and customer service. This task-oriented team member will:

-Establish protocols and procedures to achieve a highly efficient, organized, and orderly warehouse.
-Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including but not limited to fabric memos and bolts, grasscloth, pillows, bedding, furniture, etc.
-Thoughtfully communicate with customers, designers, and showroom reps about stock, price, lead times, reserves and orders. 
-Receive, inspect, and manage inventory as well as create purchase orders for products in need of restocking or printing-to-order.
-Manage shipping logistics (ie: drop-shipping, in-house shipping, freight) as well as re-order and source shipping materials, boxes and supplies as needed.
-Work alongside the UGI buyer to facilitate procurement and general warehouse organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Prefer at least 5 years of work experience 
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Shopify is encouraged but not required
-Extremely organized with a discerning eye for quality and detail
-Propensity for tidiness, order and structure
-Positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to help and urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner
-Able to efficiently prioritize sequential chains of action based on order of importance and manage many tasks at once
-Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
-Physical ability to lift and move fabric bolts and boxes, stuff pillows, and prepare shipments
