Do you have a storefront where I can come shop in Santa Rosa Beach?
We do not have a storefront as we currently work out of the Urban Grace Interiors office (which operates by appointment only for interior design clients).

What is your return/exchange policy?
We strongly advise that you review a swatch of the fabric you’d like before purchasing. Slight variations in color will occur due to the printing process. All sales are final and non-exchangeable due to the tender-loving-care we put into creating our textiles and pillows.

Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes! We offer our fabric by the yard, pillows and grasscloths to the trade. You can apply here!

How do I know how much yardage to estimate for my specific project?
We do not offer yardage estimates for various applications of our textiles. Please provide the width (52”) and repeat information of the pattern you are using to your seamstress who will be able to quote accurate yardage amounts for your particular project.

What are the details and care instructions for your fabrics and pillows?
Made of 100% linen, our fabrics are dry clean only and should not be used outdoors.

What if I need more fabric to match a previous order?
The linen ground we print on is subject to change based upon availability/the supply chain. Additionally, linen is a natural material and variation in texture, color, and hand is to be expected from roll to roll. If you find yourself needing additional yardage to match previously purchased fabric by the yard or pillows, please keep in mind that what we currently stock may not be a perfect match. If you anticipate needing additional fabric in the future, please purchase all that you will need at once to ensure a match.

What if the fabric I want for my pillow order is not currently in stock?
We will print your desired pillow fabric to order with a 4-5 week lead time and then your pillow(s) will go into production as soon as the material is received - that lead time is another 4-5 weeks. Should this timeline not work for your project, please email sales@erikampowell.com and we will do our best to try to accommodate you!

How should I expect to receive my grasscloth order?
Orders under 46 yards will come in a box on a continuous roll. There will be 2 blank yards on the front and back ends of the roll (this is the yardage used to load the printer) - so please do not fret! Continue to unroll until you reach the start of the pattern! If you ordered over 46 yards, the order will come split into multiple shipments. Please be sure to unroll the material upon receipt to review the material and follow the enclosed hanging instructions.

Do you accept international orders?
We do, however, there is a $75 processing fee. We typically ship via FedEx for all international orders. Please email sales@erikampowell.com with further questions!

Can I still order discontinued fabrics?
Yes, all of our digital prints on our ivory linen are able to be printed to order. Our hand-screened gilded prints are available with a 10 yard minimum - however, any discontinued gilded prints on a dyed ground (ie Thistle, Cypress Rust, Ash) is not longer available.

Can I print your patterns on a different material (ie: oatmeal linen, clay-coated wallpaper etc.)
Yes - we are willing to work with you! We are limited by what our orinter is currently offering/stocking but will certainly do our best to accommodate what you desire! Customization fees will apply and lead times will vary! Email sales@erikampowell.com for more details!

What if I would like grasscloth in a pattern that is not currently offered as a part of the grasscloth collection?
We can do that for you! A customization fee will apply and lead time may vary. Email sales@erikampowell.com for more info!

What is the process for creating a custom colorway?
Great question! First, give us your desired color(s) (pantone or paint colors will do!) and we will request a digital strike-off for your approval. Then, we will print a strike-off (sample) for your to review and approve prior to printing the full order. Lead time is about 6-7 weeks. A customization fee ($350 - artwork and strike-off included) will apply!

Can you explain your shipping policies?
We offer Standard and Quick Shipping. Quick Ship items will jump first in line to be fulfilled and will typically ship out in 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind our warehouse is closed on Fridays. Standard Shipping will typically ship out within 2-4 business days.

What can you tell me about fabricating draperies with your fabrics?
Many factors affect the way linen may stretch or shrink over time. Depending on the humidity levels where you live, where your draperies are located in your home, and how high or low you keep the thermostat, you may find that your draperies shrink or stretch. Our recommendation to avoid any shrinkage issues is to have your draperies made with a 6" hem. That way, you can let the hem out or hem them in further if need be!

What can you tell me about upholstering furniture with your fabrics?
We recommend using our fabric for lightly used pieces such as headboards, bed skirts, ottomans, and benches. If you plan to use our textiles for more heavily used pieces such as dining chairs, sofas, chairs etc. we recommend backing and/or pre-treating our textiles prior to fabrication.
