If you are to the trade and are located within a showroom territory, please reach out to your respective showroom. You are still able to create a trade account and login to access our portal that shows stock levels and allows you to purchase pillows with your trade discount.
If you are to the trade and are not located in a showroom territory, please apply for a trade account with us here. Once approved, you can login to view trade pricing and place your orders with us directly online, attaching POs and specifying order details at checkout.

It depends on what you ordered! Anything in stock should ship out within 2-3 business days. Anything made-to-order will take roughly 4-6 weeks. Pillows with in stock fabric will take about 4 weeks, however if the fabric is out of stock, it will take about 8 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Textiles: Orders with 3 yards and under will ship folded; orders 4 yards and up will come on a roll.
Grasscloth: Orders under 46 yards will come in a box on a continuous roll. There will be 2 blank yards on the front and back ends of the roll (this is the yardage used to load the printer) - so please do not fret! Continue to unroll until you reach the start of the pattern! If you ordered over 46 yards, the order will come split into multiple rolls. Please be sure to unroll the material upon receipt to inspect the material and follow the enclosed hanging instructions. Should you notice an error in you order, please reach out immediately, prior to installation. If the material is cut, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Pillows: Will arrive boxed and stuffed with 95/5 down inserts.
We do not have a storefront - we work in the Urban Grace Interiors studio which operates by appointment only for interior design clients. If you would like to schedule a visit, please reach out to us!
All sales are final and non-exchangeable due to the tender-loving-care we put into creating our products! We strongly advise that you review a swatch of the material you’d like before purchasing. Slight variations in color will occur due to the printing process and are not consider defects.
We do not offer yardage estimates for various applications of our products. Please provide the width (fabric width is 52” - wallcovering width is 34") and the particular repeat of the pattern you are using to your seamstress who will be able to quote accurate yardage amounts for your particular project.
We will print your desired pillow fabric to order with a 4-5 week lead time and then your pillow(s) will go into production as soon as the material is received - that lead time is another 4-5 weeks. Should this timeline not work for your project, please email sales@erikampowell.com and we will do our best to try to accommodate you!
Pretty please inspect your entire order upon receipt and contact us immediately should you notice something is off. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the material has been cut.
Yes, all of our digital prints on our linen can be printed to order regardless of their status! Please contact sales@erikampowell.com to get an order going!
Many factors affect the way linen may stretch or shrink over time. Depending on the humidity levels where you live, where your draperies are located in your home, and how high or low you keep the thermostat, you may find that your draperies shrink or stretch. Our recommendation to avoid any shrinkage issues is to have your draperies made with a 6" hem. That way, you can let the hem out or hem them in further if need be!
We recommend using our fabric for lightly used pieces such as headboards, bed skirts, ottomans, and benches. If you plan to use our textiles for more heavily used pieces such as dining chairs, sofas, chairs etc. we recommend backing and/or pre-treating our textiles prior to fabrication.
CARE AND DETAILS
All of our textiles are made of 100% linen and are dry clean only. They should not be used outdoors.
We have changed printers and grounds over the last few years so the memo that you are referencing many not be what we are currently running. Be sure to request a CFA (cutting for approval) so that you can verify your order.
The linen and grasscloth grounds we print on are subject to change based upon availability/the supply chain. Additionally, both linen and grasscloth are natural materials and variation in texture, color, and hand is to be expected from roll to roll. If you find yourself needing additional yardage to match previously purchased material, please keep in mind that what we currently stock may not be a perfect match. If you anticipate needing additional material in the future, please purchase all that you will need at once to ensure a match.
Yes! We can print on various substrates and ground materials to meet various project needs. (think: vinyl, wallpaper, commercial / upholstery grade fabrics, washable/stain resistant fabrics, etc.) Cost and lead times will vary and customization fees will apply. Great question - yes, with a 5 yard minimum for textiles and 11 yards for grasscloth. First, give us your desired color(s) (pantone or paint color will do!) and we will request a digital strike-off for your approval. Then, we will print a strike-off (sample) for your to review and approve prior to printing the full order. Lead time is about 6-8 weeks. A customization fee ($350 - artwork and strike-off included) will apply.
We offer Standard and Quick Shipping. Quick Ship items will jump first in line to be fulfilled and will typically ship out in 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind our warehouse is closed on Fridays. Standard Shipping will typically ship out within 2-4 business days.
