IN THE STUDIO
Inspired by architecture, nature, and the coastal places she lives and visits, Erika’s designs are grounded in an earthy, lived-in palette that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
Watercolor is her favorite medium to unwind, play, and explore—often alongside her two daughters. She’s drawn to the slowness of the process: watching paint dry, mixing colors just enough, and letting water do what it wants to do. There’s a freedom in watercolor that can’t be forced, only guided. That sense of movement and imperfection is intentional; colors bleed, edges soften, and textures emerge naturally, creating patterns that feel collected rather than contrived.
Each design reflects this approach—warm, layered, and expressive—embracing the beauty of the perfectly imperfect and the spaces they’re meant to live in.
